WEEKLY REFLECTIONS   (10/12/2018 -19/12/2018)                This  two weeks there was no regular classes.  two days were leave due to Harthal .all other days there was no classes at our school due to examination for the high school and higher secondary students. We have examination duties at the morning session  remaining time we  completed our lesson plans and other works.On 19nth.  we have chrismas day celebrations  at school and  from 20th onwards  Chrismas vacation begins.   20th-------- 30th chrismas vacation 

WEEKLY REFLECTIONS (3/12/2018 -7/12/2018)         This week Monday i have  2 periods.I  completed one chapter and begins new chapter.At 9C I taught the  the topic magnification and lens makers formula. Students get a clear idea about  the topic. ICT and charts were used in the classes. There were only few students in the classes  most of the students went for drama practise for the Christmas day celebrations. so i gave them some notes. This week i got many classes at 9th standard .There were many substitution classes also. so i could complete my record works. this week almost 4 lesson plans were completed at  physics.This week i conducted a class test at 8B.Most of the students wrote the exam very well..this whole week was a pleasant one.On 7/12/2018 Christmas celebrations were conducted at our school.The chief guest of the program was Idea star singer fame AMRITHA JAYAKUMAR.There was also other programs conducted by our students...

              WEEKLY REFLECTION               (24/11/2018 -30/11/2018)                                   On this week I completed  almost 4 physics lesson plans and 4 chemistry lesson plans.saturday we have classes up to afternoon.Tuesday I got many substitution periods.so i was able to complete  many   lesson plans .On 24/11/2018  I introduced 5E model in 8B class. The topic was true solution,suspension and colloid. I gave notes  to them.This week i had a class observation also.At 8B I completed the chapter solutions.At 8C I was teaching the chapter reflection through spherical mirrors.9A I was teaching the last portions of refraction of light. 2 Still models were also presented in the class.I told them to submit the notes on next day.Some o...

WEEKLY REFLECTION (19/11/2018 -23/11/2018)                     This is the second week at st Johns.This week i went to  9A for the first time ,Physics was my subject.I taught the topic refraction through lens.The students were passive listeners  and not attentive in the class at the beginning later they become more friendly.It was a good experience. This week  tuesday is a holiday due to Nabi dinam. On wednesday  Higher secondary students  conducted a program on SOUHRIDAM CLUB  The program  was conducted in the afternoon session. The program was a drama competition.Each group was given different topics like  self awareness,problem solving,Empathy,Critical thinking etc  .plus two C  got the first prize.It was a nice program. WEEKLY REFLECTION (15/11/2018- 16/11/2018)        As per B.Ed curriculum my fourth semester school internship program for thirty days started from November15 at St Johns H S S Nalanchira.  I got  3 classes 8A,8C and 9A.My subjects were Physics and Chemistry.On the first day  we,a group of 14 teacher trainees  went to St johns for our internship.The school ambience was totally different .We went to see Headmaster Mr Wilson George sir.He was very polite person.Every day when the first bell rang students conduct the morning prayer after that we went to our classes.My first class was at 8C.My concerned teacher leena mol introduced  me to the students .There were about 30 students in the class.I taught  physics.i got substitutions in various other classes and mingled with them. I completed 3 lesson plans in this week. I had a good experience at school on this week.
